Summary

Transformative Med (CORES) is a healthcare IT platform which transforms the EHR into a secure, easy-to-use, clinical-collaboration hub for inpatient care. As they evolved from the first start-up phase and underwent leadership and core product changes, they sought our help to redefine their brand and gain an understanding of their unique target audience personas and elevate their brand visually. To achieve this, we assembled a team of brand strategists and researchers to conduct a 2-day workshop to align on who they are, their core values and differentiators, and create a path forward so their entire team can be singing from the same song sheet.

The Results

Thanks to our brand workshop and a true understanding of their target personas and their needs, we developed a comprehensive branding strategy document for their leadership team to absorb and implement as well as a more digestible "key takeaways” document for the staff to ensure consistency in the way the brand is expressed across all mediums and at all levels.
