Curation Health is a clinical healthcare IT decision support platform which seamlessly integrates into the electronic health record and supports health system’s transition to value-based care. As they grew and evolved from the first start-up phase, they sought our help to redefine their brand and refresh their sales materials in order to appeal to their unique target audience personas and elevate their brand visually. To achieve this, we assembled a team of brand strategists, copywriters, graphic designers from the Collective.
In the end, Curation increased its social media following within its target audience by showcasing the team, their subject-matter expertise, and engaging with people in a more conversational manner while elevating their visual presence. This next-level look and feel appeals to a more sophisticated clientele and their new sales materials showcase their expertise.

The Challenge
As Curation has evolved from their days as an early-stage startup, their audience has become more sophisticated. The needed an agency partner who could help them define that audience and new brand direction and then work with them to bring it to life in their sales materials and social media.
They were lacking a visual and storytelling cohesiveness and partnered with us to conduct a large brand workshop with their team across 2 days and create an output of target personas and a guide for how to approach their sales materials and storytelling. We then, turned around their sales materials and new templates within this guidance.

Thanks to our brand workshop and a true understanding of their target personas and their needs, we were able to implement new, impactful creative solutions for their sales materials and social media as well as provide guidance and templates to their internal team.
This work will continue to have downstream impacts on their communications and sales and we can’t wait to see the results.
The immediate impact can be seen in their social media reporting from Q4 and we are continuing to monitor as we tackle their website redesign and brand refresh efforts.
Overall, Curation Health’s follower count increased by 30% in Q4 compared to the end of Q3 despite 2-3x lower post volume.
